Jim Hudson Toyota Sumter is seeking Automotive Service Advisors to join a high-volume service team. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a solid work ethic to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role includes scheduling, greeting customers, reviewing service history, advising on services and costs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring quality delivery of repairs with professional follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle's service history
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; advise of any current promotions
• Compute cost of replacement parts and labor
• Address customer's questions and needs promptly and professionally
• Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and completion of services
• Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with service manager
• Meet the dealership's standards for repair order production

Requirements
