Fleet Service Auto & Truck Repair in Everett, WA is hiring a full-time Service Advisor. Earn $60,000–$120,000 per year depending on experience, with bonuses and ongoing training. Flexible scheduling: five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, no weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing customer relationships.
• Advising customers on automotive services.
• Customer service and relations experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Protractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone with excellent service.
• Learn customer repair needs and create repair estimates.
• Suggest additional services and encourage appropriate sales.
• Communicate with technicians and inform customers of updates.
• Research latest automotive repair trends and technologies.
