The role requires 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment, knowledge of automotive systems, and familiarity with DMS software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software applications.
• Basic computer skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and document findings.
• Develop and implement service plans to meet customer needs and increase sales.
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service plans, and repair orders.
