Big Brand Tire & Service in California seeks a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will translate mechanical details into clear recommendations and act as liaison between customer and technician, while selling tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

With 1–3 years in automotive service sales and a strong customer service background, you’ll build lasting relationships and help keep showroom and inventory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or related retail automotive roles.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Flexible, weekend availability to serve customers.
