Key Responsibilities

• Assess technical issues presented by customers and communicate them clearly to the service technicians.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle repairs, service options, and status updates.
• Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently, including service orders and payments.
• Efficiently manage multiple service appointments and workflow to maximize productivity.
• Build and maintain trust with customers by providing transparent and honest service advice.
