Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience in automotive or tire services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain tire care and maintenance clearly.
• Willingness to pursue TI Certification with company support.

Responsibilities
