Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a customer service setting, retail sales setting, or hospitality industry.
• Experience in automotive customer service or automotive retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service flow and ensure prompt, courteous customer service.
• Own the customer experience from start to finish per the service process.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians to distribute work efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, friendly environment for clients and staff.
