You will be the primary link between customers and the service team, using your automotive knowledge and strong communication to guide decisions and ensure safety and reliability.

You will greet customers, assess needs, prepare estimates, coordinate repair orders, and explain final recommendations with clear pricing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience in automotive or tire services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to pursue certifications with company support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience.
• Listen to concerns and perform vehicle walk-arounds to identify needs.
• Provide honest recommendations prioritizing safety and reliability.
• Prepare estimates and explain tires and services.
• Coordinate service orders and communicate with technicians.
• Process invoices and review final recommendations with customers.
• Follow up with customers during repairs to ensure satisfaction.
• Support shop productivity and maintain records.
