Job summary

Bachman Auto Group in Jeffersonville, IN seeks an Automotive Service Consultant to assist customers through the service process, answer questions, and ensure top-tier satisfaction while coordinating with technicians.

You will use CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, and Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to manage requests and communicate clearly with customers by phone, email, and in writing.

Qualifications

• The ideal Service Consultant genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and assisting them with vehicle maintenance needs.
• Must coordinate activities on many repair orders in various stages using precise time management and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and other programs (CDK, Podium, XTime) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the service process with courtesy and knowledge.
• Explain repairs at the customer's level and advise on manufacturer service items.
• Coordinate activities on multiple repair orders across different stages of repair.
• Utilize CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon and Microsoft 365 apps to track and communicate service updates.
