Bobby Rahal Automotive Group - Central PA Region is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in State College, PA. You will greet customers, collect vehicle concerns, and coordinate between clients and technicians to ensure clear communication and accurate estimates.

You will present honest labor and parts recommendations, obtain approvals, and ensure correct billing. A solid customer-service background and dealership experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior dealership / automotive experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and field calls to schedule service appointments.
• Act as liaison between service technicians and clients; explain recommended work.
• Obtain authorization for repairs and provide accurate labor/parts estimates.
• Ensure charges are billed correctly and transparently.
