• Strong customer communication skills.
• Proficiency with DMS such as Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to repair needs and articulate them to technicians.
• Present recommended services using high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
