Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and maintenance recommendations.
• Obtain customer authorization before completing additional repairs.
• Communicate repair progress, costs, and completion times to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs on schedule.
• Review completed repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Meet customer satisfaction and service sales goals.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by service management.
