Ciocca Audi/VW of Flemington is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a commission-based pay structure with earning potential and includes Saturdays, PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage service orders, support owners with inquiries, allocate technician time, and assist in diagnosing issues to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient shop flow.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane; ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
