Job summary

Our MileOne Autogroup automotive team in Virginia Beach is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor / ASM. The base salary is $26,000-$30,000 annually, with commission/bonus potential and anticipated total compensation of $46,000-$86,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service writing experience is required; dealership and CDK experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic car functions and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and math skills.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no major violations (DUI, reckless driving) in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications.
• Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates.

This position has a base salary between $26,000 - $30,000 annually, plus includes a commision/bonus component based on performance. Anticipated total compensation is $46,000 -- $86,000 annually. Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications

Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) the last 3 years
