Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking a Lot Attendant to join our service support team at Virginia Beach. The role involves moving and parking vehicles, keeping lots tidy, and working with teammates to maintain safety and cleanliness.

You may also rotate into shuttle driving to transport customers as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork, high-quality customer service, and flexible duties in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Move and retrieve vehicles from dealership lot, service areas or transport to another location
• Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly which may include sweeping, shoveling, or vacuuming
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times
• Drive customers to and from their destinations in the shuttle in a rotation schedule with other Service Support team members
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

Hall Virginia Beach needs to add a team member to our busy service support team. We are looking for a Service Lane Porter to assist with directing customer vehicles and parking cars, and well as be part of our Shuttle Driver rotation. This individual must be able to work well in a team setting and provide highest level customer service at all times. The Lot Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds expectations.

Lot Attendant Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Must be able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift
• Must be at least 18 years old; candidates under 21 years of age only allowed 1 moving violation, no major violations
