Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales professional for our Hall Automotive location in Virginia Beach. We offer a training program and tools to help you succeed in auto sales and aim for top performance with strong earning potential.

This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and continuous improvement, with a schedule that includes Saturdays and a substantial weekly hours commitment. A competitive salary range reflects the commission-based earnings possible.

Qualifications

• Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• No major driving violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless, etc.)
• Sales or related commission based experience preferred.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
• Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.
• Work 50+ hours/week, which includes every Saturday (and having a day off during the week instead).
