Job summary

Mark Miller Toyota is seeking an Apprentice Service Advisor to join the Service department. The role acts as the primary customer contact for repairs and maintenance, working with service teams to communicate status and estimates.

You will learn to drive service sales while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires effective written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn Toyota processes and parts operations.

Qualifications

• Commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers per dealership and Toyota Signature policies.
• Secure customer agreement before service and inform on costs and payment methods.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure on-time completion and notify if delays.
• Ensure repairs pass quality control or road test.
• Provide complete estimates including parts, labor, tax and shop supplies.
• Sell only required services and follow Toyota service sales policy.
• Refer leads to vehicle sales when appropriate.
• Use Toyota parts unless directed otherwise.
• Participate in ASM training and stay updated on service information.
