Job summary

Holman Enterprises, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor at Land Rover Denver. You will greet customers, assess repair needs, write up estimates, and communicate prognosis and timing.

This commission-eligible role offers earnings potential with an average of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a monthly earnings range of $3,000-$10,000 based on personal performance.

Qualifications

• Service advisor experience required.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR or minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs.
• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Write up service needs and provide the customer with an accurate estimate for the dollar amount and completion time of work.
• Communicate effectively with the customer, to achieve satisfactory repairs, sale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep the customer informed and advise the customer of the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.
