The role requires strong communication and sales skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume department, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and earning potential up to six figures.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Automotive technician experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume service departments.
• Solid knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
• Document vehicle needs and customer concerns accurately.
• Prepare repair estimates and explain maintenance recommendations.
• Manage repair orders from write-up to vehicle delivery.
• Communicate inspection findings and additional service recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Keep customers informed on status, timelines, and costs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty.
