Job summary

Ramona Tire & Service Centers, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to promote services, parts, and tires across our Southern California locations. The role combines sales with customer service, driving revenue through recommendations and accurate quotes.

Competitive compensation includes salary plus commission, with a robust benefits package. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting needs, presenting options, and updating customers on progress

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles against service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations clearly.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services.
• Update customers on status and progress of their services.
• Process payments, review warranties and multi-point inspections.
• Follow up with customers after repairs and track returns/warranties.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate required standards.
