Qualifications

• Prior experience as Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Toyota experience is a plus and preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess vehicle needs and recommend services.
• Explain service options, pricing, and timelines to customers clearly.
• Document declined services and future recommendations, if any.
• Maintain high CSI scores through proactive communication with customers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Toyota experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team setting
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
