Job summary

Cobb County Toyota, a high-volume, family-owned dealership in Georgia, is hiring a Service Advisor/Writer for its busy service department.

The position offers a top pay plan with a strong incentive structure, potential for 72k–127k yearly pay, and a benefits-enabled schedule that avoids Sunday work. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and preferred candidates will have prior service-advisor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

• Schedule appointments with customers
• Meet and greet customers
• The Service Advisor will work with customer and technician to identify required maintenance utilizing historical service data
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services
• Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
• Estimate cost of mechanical, electric, or other repairs
• Enter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to customer to gain their understanding of all services provided
• Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordinglyli>
• Address customer’s questions/needs promptly and professionally
• Ensure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
• Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with Service Manager
• Establish long-term positive relationships with customers
• Meet the dealership’s standards for repair/order production

Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Experience as a Service Advisor is required
• Bilingual Spanish a Plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Professional personal appearance
• Resume must be uploaded
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
