Sunset Auto Family is seeking a Service Advisor to inspect vehicles, reference service histories, and accurately identify customer service needs. You will promote services, parts, and accessories, while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an automotive service advisor/ writer. Ability to work well in a process driven environment and with a dedicated team. Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. Working knowledge of vehicle service terms, automotive service needs, and automobile functions.
