Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest seeks a proven Service Advisor to excel in a fast-paced dealership setting. You will own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, acting as the liaison between customers and technicians and presenting services confidently to drive repair orders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of service advisor experience, strong CSI, and outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive service advisor experience.
• Proven CSI performance and strong customer retention skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive, high-energy attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
