Job summary

Riverhead Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, discuss service options, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle service and communication. Training is offered for the right candidate, with no strict experience requirement for this full-time role.

In this position you will build strong customer relationships, assist with warranty claims, and collaborate with the Hyundai Dealer and Reynolds to deliver a high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full-time with training available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Consult with customers on service specials.
• Document declined services and follow up on future considerations.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, expenses, and changes.
• Ensure smooth delivery of vehicle to customer at completion and address concerns.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person to ensure a positive service experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with Hyundai Dealer and Reynolds.
• Submit warranty claims.

Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
• Consult with customer on applicable service specials
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
• Build strong relationships with the customers
• Work with Hyundai Dealer and Reynolds
• Submit Warranty Claims
