Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Advisor at Del Grande Dealer Group

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assess needs, and coordinate vehicle repairs using X-Time and CDK
• Manage the entire service process, including writing Repair Orders, coordinating check-in and delivery, building estimates, and updating guests
• Communicate with guests about changes, costs, and timeframes, obtaining proper authorization for additional repairs
• Advise guests on vehicle maintenance and care, using manufacturer maintenance menus

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellent guest experience across all communication channels
• At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• X-Time and CDK experience is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $36,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience, with potential commissions.
