Job summary

Moss Bros. Toyota Moreno Valley, a longstanding Southern California auto group, is hiring for a service-focused leadership role.

You will oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring prompt, courteous service and a positive customer experience both in person and via phone. You will supervise technicians, diagnose vehicle issues, manage warranties, and drive the department toward optimal customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and friendly with strong communication. Leadership experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage others and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Able to work with little supervision and maintain a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and ensure a positive impression for the dealership.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers and distribute workloads.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise service department staff.
• Reinforce company policies and regulatory compliance; foster positive employee relations.

• Pay range for this position is $5,000-$10,000 a month

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
• Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations
