Job summary

Moss Bros Riverside is hiring for a service manager role to oversee drive-lane operations and deliver exceptional customer service in Southern California. You will own the customer experience, coordinate technicians, and handle warranties and parts ordering as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communications skills, and a proven track record in service and sales, plus a clean driving record. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience with exceptional service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries in person or by phone.
• Manage technicians' time to maximize service sales.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and service-department training.
• Reinforce company policies and foster positive employee relations.

• Pay range for this position is $5,000-$10,000 a month

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
• Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations
