Job summary

Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping clients informed with clear cost and time estimates.

You will write repair orders, maintain timely communication, and coordinate with technicians and parts using Fixed Operations tools to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. Background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new software/tools.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older per policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify vehicle maintenance needs.

Located at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.

• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
