Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Arlington Heights seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to act as liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping the service lane running smoothly.

You will write repair orders with transparent cost estimates, communicate progress, and collaborate with technicians, parts, and service staff to deliver timely, quality vehicle service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and new repair tools.
• Previous service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates
• Provide exceptional and timely communication keeping customers updated
• Communicate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology
• Other duties as assigned

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextServiceAdvisor.Located at Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, theService Advisoris a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
