Colonial Automotive Group is seeking an Elite Service Advisor in Plymouth, MA. This role focuses on building trust and lifelong customer relationships while coordinating repairs with technicians and keeping customers informed throughout the service journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years service advisor dealership experience.
• Familiarity with Ford/Lincoln franchises.
• Fixed operations knowledge: warranty, customer pay and internal RO & work control, dispatch, technician interaction, business growth, customer relations.
• Work with BDC personnel and technicians.
• Collaborate with all dealership personnel to keep inventory health, customer experience and CSI high.
• Ability to work with staff to adhere to operational guidelines.
• Familiarity with AutoMate DMS and basic MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in customer-facing situations.

Requirements

Theideal candidate will:

• Befamiliar with AutoMate DMS (Beneficial, but not required) as well as basicknowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Haveexcellent problem-solving skills in customer facing situations.
