What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary connection between our customers and technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns
• Creating accurate repair orders and documenting customer concerns
• Reviewing technician inspections and recommendations
• Preparing and presenting repair estimates
• Explaining repairs and maintenance in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Obtaining customer authorization for recommended work
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinating with technicians to help maintain an efficient workflow
• Scheduling appointments and managing vehicle pickup and delivery
• Reviewing completed repairs and invoices with customers
• Building long-term relationships and creating an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• General understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
• Ability to confidently explain repair recommendations and options
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive repair environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with automotive shop management systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders at the same time
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
