Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor at McGrath Arlington Kia

Join our award-winning team as an Automotive Service Advisor at McGrath Arlington Kia. We are a leader in automotive retail, seeking an experienced, engaging, customer-focused, friendly, and knowledgeable individual to enhance our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and perform walk-arounds of their vehicles using lane software
• Use iPad to document guest concerns with a Repair Order
• Present maintenance options and explain the importance of routine factory maintenance
• Create documents for loaner vehicle usage using TSD software
• Discuss additional sales recommendations and educate guests on necessary items
• Ensure customer comfort and keep them informed during vehicle service
• Prioritize recommendations based on safety, primary concern, and maintenance needs
• Follow-up with guests and provide accurate promise times
• Act as a liaison between technicians and guests
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships to promote repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience (preferred: 2 years)
• Valid Driver's License
