Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group at Volkswagen of Orlando is seeking a Service Advisor to help customers and technicians by presenting repair recommendations and maintaining transparency in cost and time estimates. You will keep customers informed throughout the service process and coordinate closely with the shop team.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising or a related role is preferred
• Strong customer-service skills with CSI-driven mindset
• Ability to learn and utilize dealership technology and software

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify vehicle maintenance needs and provide repair recommendations
• Create repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates
• Maintain timely communication with customers about status and progress
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
• Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and teammates
• Utilize fixed operations technology to support service operations

The EdNapleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Advisor. Located at Volkswagen of Orlando, the Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates
• Provide exceptional and timely communication-keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills - Ensuring strong CSI results
• Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
• CDK and Mykaarma experience is a plus
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
