Job summary

Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich is seeking an experienced, energetic Service Advisor to handle customer repair orders in our busy service department. You should be organized, service-oriented and able to communicate with customers and technicians in person.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a sign-on bonus for the right candidate, and a path to grow within the dealership. In-person work located in Norwich, CT.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and/or General Motors dealership experience is a big plus.
• Candidate should be organized, well versed in service operations, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

Scranton Chevrolet is looking to add an experienced, energetic service advisor to handle customer repair orders in our busy service department. Candidate should be organized, well versed in service operations, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and/or General Motors dealership experience is a big plus. We provide you the tools to be successful including tablets, client videos, electronic quoting and bill payment, client financing options, and GM bonus programs.
