Berman Star Nissan in Niles, IL is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, document needs, and coordinate service with technicians to ensure timely, accurate estimates and transparent cost explanations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Full-time schedule with commission-based earning potential and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service needs and recommendations.
• Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years).

Responsibilities

Compensation:$115,000+ (commission position)
