Job summary

Berman Star Nissan of Niles is hiring a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Niles, IL. This full-time, commission-eligible position offers a strong compensation package, including medical/dental options and a 401(k) plan.

You will document service needs, communicate recommendations to customers, and support a fast-paced service department. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Service Advisor experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and earn customer trust.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accurate service documentation.
• Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
