Arundel Ford is actively seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring each vehicle receives proper care and that every customer leaves satisfied.

The role requires solid communication skills, knowledge of maintenance and repair processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service department. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Arundel, ME with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant preferred
• Ford or dealership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and repair processes
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service department
• Positive, energetic personality with a professional attitude
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Gather customer and vehicle information to determine service needs

• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Establish realistic follow-up times and update customers regularly on repair status

• Collaborate with technicians and management to streamline the service process
