Are you great with people, organized, and passionate about the automotive industry?
Button CDJR is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department!

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the important connection between our customers and our technicians—making sure every customer receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs
• Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate closely with technicians and the Service Department
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended services
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong computer skills
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Valid driver’s license
