Job summary

Findlay Auto Group in Henderson, NV is seeking a Service Advisor who will own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has dealership drive-lane knowledge, a friendly, organized demeanor, and the ability to multitask while coordinating with technicians and service advisors. Valid Nevada driver's license and prior dealership experience are preferred; CDK or

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers informed in the process there vehicle is in and provide options to repair or maintain there vehicle.
• Maintain positive CSI scores.
