Job summary

Group 1 Honda of Gulfport is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to assist customers with their vehicle service needs and deliver an exceptional dealership experience in Gulfport, Mississippi.

You will schedule appointments, prepare transparent repair orders with time/ cost estimates, and coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely service. Strong communication and a professional appearance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
