Job summary

Napleton Buick GMC in Crystal Lake is seeking a Service Advisor to thrive in a busy dealership environment. You will greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and write accurate repair orders in Tekion, presenting inspection findings with clear value.

You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians, keeping clients updated by phone, text, and video. Verify warranty coverage and process deductibles, while chasing CSI and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership service advisor experience preferred.
• A track record of strong CSI and sales performance.
• Clear communication and the ability to stay organized in a high-volume drive.
• A valid driver’s license; Tekion experience a plus; GM Buick/GMC/Chevrolet experience is a big plus.

What you'll do

What you bring

• At least 2 years of dealership service advisor experience preferred
• A track record of strong CSI and sales performance
• Clear communication and the ability to stay organized in a high-volume drive
• A valid driver's license
• Experience with Tekion is a plus. GM (Buick/GMC/Chevrolet) experience is a big plus.
