3. Document services declined and follow up on future services.
4. Keep customers informed about completion times, expenses, and changes.
5. Ensure customer concerns are addressed during vehicle delivery.
6. Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
7. Build strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Sales & Customer Service Experience Required.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
