Overview

TheService Advisor position is responsible for meeting and greeting customers, dealing with customer requirements pertaining to repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. TheService Advisor is a key player in the facility for fostering positive customer relations through communication and follow-up to customers on repair status and charges for repairs and to promote service sales through communication of information to customers on maintenance and repair needs that are identified during the service and maintenance inspection. TheService Advisor position reports directly to the General Manager.
