Job summary

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department. If you have real dealership experience and a proven CSI record, we want to talk to you.

You will write ROs, recommend maintenance/repairs, and communicate with customers in a fast-paced drive lane. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. Training on XTime/Automate is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Real experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer at a dealership or repair shop.
• A solid CSI history — you know how to keep customers happy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced drive lane.
• Comfortable writing ROs and recommending maintenance/repair work.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to identify service needs and explain repairs.
• Prepare repair orders (ROs) and recommend maintenance work.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI.
