Create detailed service orders capturing customer requests and vehicle information.
Relay customer concerns to technicians and obtain accurate repair estimates.
Explain recommended services and repairs clearly, including pricing and timelines.
Manage service appointments and follow up on status and completion.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with parts and service departments to ensure timely availability of parts.
Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
