Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced service advisor to join our team in Auburn, CA. You will provide an excellent customer service experience for customers seeking service or repair work, create repair orders, and keep customers updated on vehicle status.

Job Details: Job Location: CDJR - Auburn, CA, Salary Range: $5000.00 - $9000.00Base+Commission/month, Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team! The Position: Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers seeking to service or repair their vehicles. You will understand the needs of the customer, create the repair order, keep the customer updated on the status of the vehicle, verify warranty or service contract coverage and maintain a good relationship with the customer.

The Location: Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is conveniently located on historic Highway 49 in Auburn.

The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .

Responsibilities:

• Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections, checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Develop estimates by costing parts and labor
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures.
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Drug free Our dealership has a drug-free policy
• Pass a background check upon offer of employment
