Job Summary Fox CDJR, LLC dba Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and efficient service.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated costs.
• Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, tools, and repair procedures through ongoing training and certifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex issues and provide technical guidance to junior technicians when needed.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs are completed.

Compensation Range: $45,00 to $90,000 +

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited automotive technology program is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications are a strong plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality workmanship.
