Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Apex is seeking a courteous concierge specialist to assist customers and owners with prompt, courteous service in person or by phone. You will help schedule service appointments and liaise with service advisors and customers to ensure smooth visits.

The role requires day/evening shifts and Saturday availability, solid keyboard skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Automotive dealership experience is preferred, along with basic internet and administrative knowledge to

• Intermediate internet and computer skills required.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Keyboard skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Monitor calls to ensure they are answered promptly (2 rings).
• Review service advisor schedules to set appointments using X-Time.
• Monitor emails to set service appointments or forward to advisors; response within 20 minutes.
• Represent the dealership with pride and enthusiasm.
• Prepare documents for scanning.

Job Location: Crossroads Ford of Apex - Apex, NC 27502Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Monitor incoming phone calls to be sure calls are consistently answered by the 2 ring,
• Review service advisor schedules to ensure appointments are set correctly using X-Time,
• Monitor incoming emails to set service appointments or forward to the designated advisor. Expected response time is 20 minutes or less,
• Represent the dealership with pride and enthusiasm,
• Prepare documents for scanning

Qualifications

• Automotive Dealership experience is preferred
• This position will require day/evening and Saturday flexibility
