As a Senior Technician, you will diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while demonstrating leadership by mentoring team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  • Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to customers in an understandable manner.
  • Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
  • Assist and train technicians in technical tasks.
  • Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three areas within two years, with company-paid testing fees and bonuses for passing exams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate customer and company vehicles.
  • Skills in brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and alignments.
  • Experience in automotive maintenance and tire repair.
  • Relevant federal, state, and local certifications/licenses.
  • Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical clients.
  • Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of automotive repair experience or vocational training.
  • ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8 or L1).
